Our Wellness plan offers a variety of healthy meals, including vegetarian options, while our KETO plan is a low-carb, high-fat diet that aims to put your body in a state of ketosis. The KETO plan is ideal for those looking to lose weight and improve overall health.

We offer five meals per day, each with three options to choose from. This gives you a total of 15 options per day to choose from.

We deliver six days a week, Monday to Saturday.

Our meal plans cost 124 AED per day for 24 days, paid in advance at the beginning of the month.

Our algorithm takes into account your daily calorie intake, lifestyle, height, weight, exercise frequency, and other factors to determine the appropriate calorie intake for your weight loss or weight gain goals. You can customize your meal plan by selecting your preferred calorie intake.

Yes, you can freeze your meals. Our portal allows you to freeze your menu up to two days in advance. Better yet, unlike other meal plan delivery services you can avail the meals you freeze immediately upon unfreezing the plan in your portal.

Yes, customers can request specific ingredients to be included or excluded from their meals on our customer portal. Once the specifics have been added the algorithm will automatically remove the ingredients from the dishes if non essential or block the dish itself if the ingredient is essential.

Yes, HAQ Diet offers additional services such as nutrition coaching and meal planning assistance to help you achieve your health goals.

Yes, all meals offered by HAQ Diet are Halal certified.

We use a variety of fresh and locally sourced ingredients in our products, including lean proteins, whole grains, and fresh vegetables.
